Shipping policy

  1. At HOUSEOFW, every item in each package is carefully checked and stored before delivery has made, and we benefit directly from partnerships with reputed national couriers. 
  2. As our shipping platform has a truly global, our Standard Free Shipping service within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. In rare cases, when order is placed below that, we charge flat Rs. 100 as a shipping fee. 
  3. Our drop reaches servicing via different couriers depending upon the destination; an average will be able to deliver the shipment between Monday to Saturday under time slot of 9 AM to 7 PM. Please note, delivery time excludes public holidays, weekends and factors beyond our control i.e., unexpected weather conditions and strikes.
  4. Our shipping service will not accept the request for address change once the order has been shipped. In suggesting d make these changes within 24 hours of placing the order.
  5. Once the shipment has been completed, we will email you your tracking number on your account email id.
